Gateway to the Aspy Fault

Stunning gypsum cliffs rise up from the shores of Aspy Bay on the northeast Cape Breton coast. Here the Nature Trust protects the access to the locally beloved South Harbour Beach, as well as globally rare karst landscape and rare plant species. Our three protected properties, one of which is a conservation easement, cover 138 acres (56 hectares) in this region.
